Presriptive Exercise Programme:
Sessions start with a warm up, aims to improve balance, coordination and body stability and finish with breathing and relaxation methods, using aspects from Yoga, Pilates and Injury Prevention techniques. Programmes are designed to allow you to build a tool kit of exercises that are most specific to you.
