“Promotes health and healing from the inside out.”
Oxygen, at raised pressure
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, often shortened to HBOT, means breathing oxygen-enriched air inside a chamber where the pressure is raised above normal. Ours is a single-person chamber that reaches 1.5 ATA, with up to 99% oxygen delivered through a mask.
At a glance
A session, step by step
Start with an induction
Your first visit is an induction session. It covers health and safety, includes your mask and gives you time at pressure. An induction is required before any other session.
The pressure rises
Once you are inside the single-person chamber, it is pressurised to 1.5 ATA.
Breathe through your mask
You breathe up to 99% oxygen through your mask. An individual session lasts up to 60 minutes.
Back to normal pressure
At the end of the session the chamber is returned to normal pressure before you get out.
What it feels like
A gentle pressure in your ears as the chamber pressurises, just like on a flight.
Clear prices, no surprises
An induction is required before any other session.
A mask is required to use the chamber. One is included in your induction, and replacement masks are £5 each.
